Eugene is a founder and Executive Director of the R.E.V.O Group. Previously, Eugene was a founder and Director of a niche consulting firm in South Africa, served as an Associated Consultant with A.T. Kearney when they entered the South African market and prior to which he was the Operations Manager for the Competitiveness Improvement programme of the CSIR in South Africa.

He started his management consulting career with the international firm Knox D'Arcy after having spent nearly ten years with South African Airways in a number of different positions ranging from legal services, public relations, cargo marketing, cargo marketing services and international passengers marketing services, Eugene has over the years successfully concluded consulting engagements in variety of industries in a number of countries, other than South Africa. During his career he has led and participated in engagements that cover business strategy, enterprise transformation, business process reengineering, strategic sourcing and supply chain.

Eugene holds a master degree in Futures Studies, an honours degree in Business and Administration and a bachelor's degree in Law - all from the University of Stellenbosch. He also has attended executive courses at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and MIT Sloan School of Management in the United States of America.

Francis is a founder and Executive Director of the R.E.V.O Group. Francis is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years experience in commerce and industry. Francis has been responsible for the finance environment in the electricity distribution industry in South Africa for over six years.

Francis has experience in project management in transformation and restructuring, financial management and business process improvement projects gained at electricity, telecommunication and postal sectors.

As RED 1 Chief Financial Officer, Francis provided financial management, leadership and strategic direction at executive level and throughout the organization. Ensured alignment of operational actions to strategic objectives and goals. He lead the merger of the City of Cape Town electricity undertaking with Eskom Distribution and transformed the new entity through process re-engineering and branded customer service focus.

As Group Executive: Business Strategy & Transformation at the South African Post Office, Francis was part of the executive management team that successfully turned around an entity that made continuous losses in its lifetime until the intervention that commenced in year 2001 and came to fruition in 2004/2005 with a net profit of R1 billion. As a corporate sponsor of strategic transformational projects he had to design, develop and deploy interventions in various strategic and operational areas.

Francis is a Chartered Accountant, with a Post Graduate Certificate: Engineering Business Management from Warwick University (U.K.) and has completed the Senior Executive Leadership Programme at Harvard Business School (USA).

Michael is a founder and Executive Director of the R.E.V.O Group. Michael has more than 25 years local and international experience in management consulting to business leaders, extensive enterprise leadership experience, leadership of many successful enterprise turnarounds, and Pre / Post M&A activity.

Michael places an extremely high emphasis on implementation to ensure measurability, sustainability and knowledge transfer for clients. Previously, Michael was a Director for a listed logistics group; served on the executive management team of IBM SA Services as Lead Principal Industrial Sector; and was Vice President at Cap Gemini America. In 1999, Michael was recognised with the annual Cap Gemini America Over- Achiever award for leading the highly successful global re-engineering and transformation of a Fortune 500 client organisation.

Michael holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Distinction) from Almeda University, USA and a master's degree in Business Administration from Columbus University, USA.
