R.E.V.O Group Enterprise Transformation is concerned with the design and execution of high-impact business transformations whereby fundamental changes are realised in close co-operation with the client, leading to substantial and structural improvement of the organisation's results. In order to achieve this, we strive to develop long-term relationships with the senior management of our clients. We also concentrate on developing in-depth knowledge of the markets in which they are active, as well as developing competencies relating to the design and implementation of business transformations.

Managing Strategy and Transformation Programmes

When it comes to transforming a business, whether it is growing revenues, reducing costs, or developing a new go-to-market strategy, most companies may understand changes needed but lack the infrastructure, resources and/or time to deliver. R.E.V.O Group can help put together a case for change and then configure a programme that will drive that through.

Our experience tells us there are four key elements for major Strategy and Transformation initiatives:

1. Delivering major Strategy and Transformation initiatives requires a well structured program focusing on the right initiatives to deliver impactful, measurable and sustainable change.
   
   
2. These programmes need strong client involvement to ensure full buy-in by all stakeholders. We spend time having one-on-one conversations with the board and senior executive management to understand their issues.
   
   
3. We also work from the bottom-up, conducting workshops to mobilise throughout the organisation. During the implementation, work streams are "owned" by nominated individuals within the organisation who implement results. We think only a collaborative business experience approach can effectively support sustainable implementations of major transformations. Key for success is the approach of moving people in the client organisation from "being concerned" to "being involved". Companies usually just look at the rational elements, and ignore the political and emotional aspects. But understanding how change impacts your own people, from the boardroom to the factory floor, is just as important as understanding the market you are selling into. We consider change management in a transformation project more than just communication and mobilisation.
